CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Red Baron vouchers are not refundable.
  • Red Baron vouchers are fully transferable.
  • If you need to change a reservation, please call at least 48hrs prior to the scheduled flight time.
  • If you are ill on the day of the flight please call us as early as possible.
  • If the weather is not suitable flights we will call the primary contact person to rescheduled.
  • If a passenger fails to honor a flight booking a 50% “No Show” fee will apply. The flight will only be rebooked once the “No Show” fee has been paid. No refunds will be given for “No Shows”.
  • If the voucher holder wishes to redeem a voucher that is up to three (3) months past its expiry date the voucher holder is liable to pay any difference in price between the current price of the service and the purchase price of the voucher.
  • If the voucher holder wishes to redeem a voucher that is between three (3) months and six (6) month past its expiry date the voucher holder is liable to pay any difference in price between the current price of the service and the purchase price of the voucher and is also required to pay a $30 reactivation fee.
  • If the voucher holder wishes to redeem a voucher that is over six (6) month past its expiry date the voucher holder is liable to pay any difference in price between the current price of the service and the purchase price of the voucher and is also required to pay a $50 reactivation fee.
