Sydney Harbour / Northern Beaches Scenic (60 min)

Sydney’s Harbour and coastline is arguably the most beautiful in the world. Now you and your family can share the best views in the world from the best seats in the house aboard the Red Baron GA Airvan.

You will take off from Bankstown Airport and climb over the outer suburbs of Sydney to reach a cruising altitude of 1500ft. You will soar over the sprawling Olympic site at Homebush Bay then circle the north-western suburbs of Hornsby, St Ives and Chatswood. Once granted clearance to Sydney Harbour you’ll tour the city, taking in a bird’s eye view of iconic landmarks like the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. You can wave at the Prime Minister at Kirribilli, fly higher than the eagles at Taronga Park Zoo and salute the sailors on Garden Island. You might also get a chance to check out Rose Bay and the world famous Bondi Beach, before heading north over Middle Harbour, the Spit Bridge and Manly as you follow the coastline to Long Reef. Here you’ll drop down to 500ft and follow the coastline all the way to Broken Bay. Keep your eyes peeled during certain times of the year and you could spot a migrating whale or a pod of dolphins playing in the surf.

Bomber Experience Flight (25 min)

Welcome to the world of Warbirds. Fly in the nostalgic radial powered CJ6 Nanchang and experience the feel and sensations of conducting a mock strike mission on the Warangamba Dam. You will take off from Bankstown RBHQ, experience the manouvrability of the Nanchang and then conduct a 'Pop Attack' as trained by our very own current RAAF fighter pilot. After the dam wall has been destroyed experience a tactical egress before returning to base to notch up another victory.

The Ultimate Warbird Adventure with Maritime Strike (50 min)

This is our premier Adventure Flight. Takeoff and track up to the north for a tactical ingress to our maritime target of the day. Twist and turn at 500' before identifying your target and conducting a simulated Torpedo run. After Torpedo release we will climb up for your own photographic 'Recon' of Sydney before returning to the fighter airspace and conducting fighter manouvres as per the Fighter / Bomber Experience Flight. This flight truly does show what it takes to be able to be a truly multi-mission capable military pilot.
